At Timez Kitchen and Kocktail, we strive to provide an upscale yet comfortable dining experience for all guests. While we do not enforce a strict dress code, we ask that attire be appropriate for a family-friendly restaurant environment. We thank you in advance for following these rules and guidelines which will be enforced at our restaurants.

The following attire is not permitted:

• Lingerie, mesh and see through material

• Clothing with excessive rips or tears

• Bare feet, athletic slides, or house slippers

• Sleepwear, pajamas, robes or visible evening loungewear

• Clothing displaying offensive language, images or messages

• Hair bonnets, du rags and mesh hair wraps

We welcome fashionable, stylish and expressive attire. Our focus is to only ask that guests dress in a manner that is respectful of the dining experience for all patrons.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests whose attire is deemed inappropriate for restaurant environment.

When reserving, please keep our policy and additional offerings in mind:

• Any outside cake or cupcakes will incur a $25 cake fee.

• Balloons are not permitted inside the restaurant.

• We offer a cupcake tower (includes 10 cupcakes) for $35.

• Champagne add-on packages are available for $50.

At this time, all parties of 6 or more will incur an automatic gratuity of 20%. We encourage all guests to tips our servers for their experience.

While vaping is not allowed inside restaurants, we do welcome guests to vape while enjoying our patio seating outside as long as it is not within 3 feet of our guests with children.
