Our Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing Timez Kitchen and Kocktail for your reservation.

Reservations are able to be reserved online for 4 or less at Timezkitchenandkocktail.com if more than 4 email inquiry (this does not guarantee reservation this is an inquiry only) to manager@timezkitchenandkocktail.com with Name, Date, Party Size, Time and Phone#.

We wanted to make you aware that our indoor seating currently includes 4-top tables and outside includes 4-top and 10-top tables. We can accommodate larger parties however, depending on size of party, everyone may not be seated at one single tables. We will do our best to have guest in close proximity to keep your group together as comfortably as possible.

Upon Reservation confirmation a card will need to be added within 24 hours to keep reservation, or it will automatically cancel. The cancellation fee is $50.00 for any party size, and this is nonrefundable for no show or cancellation within 24 hours of reservation. This fee is not charged unless a guest is a no show or reservation is cancelled within 24 hours.

Also 75% of guest will need to arrive within first 15 minutes of the reservation time, we guarantee 2 hours for reservation table time.

We can only guarantee a seat for reservation size; we can add if seating is available.

Any outside cake or cupcakes will incur a $25 cake fee and we also add.

Balloons are not permitted inside the restaurant, but we do offer packages.

Weather Conditions Outside Policy:

We only reserve inside or outside reservations, if the weather changes before your reservation inside will only be available if there are open seats available at the time of your reservation. Patio reservations does not automatically include inside reservation if weather changes.
