Our Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing Timez Kitchen and Kocktail for your reservation.

Reservations are able to be reserved online for 4 or less at Timezkitchenandkocktail.com if more than 4 email inquiry (this does not guarantee reservation this is an inquiry only) to manager@timezkitchenandkocktail.com with Name, Date, Party Size, Time and Phone#.

Our indoor seating currently includes 4-top tables while our outside seating includes 4-top and 10-top tables. We can accommodate larger parties; however, depending on the party size, everyone may not be seated at one single table. We will do our best to have guest in close proximity to keep your group together as comfortably as possible.

After reservation confirmation, you must add a card within 24 hours to secure the reservation, otherwise, it will automatically be canceled. The cancellation fee is $50.00 for any party size. This is a nonrefundable fee for "no-show reservations" or cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation. You will not be charged if you fulfill the commitment to keeping your reservation.

Also, 75% of guests must arrive within the first 15 minutes of the reservation time as we can only guarantee 2 hours of table time. This helps us accommodate all guests who wish to dine with us.

Please also note:

• We can only guarantee seating for the reserved party size; we can only add guests if seating is available.

• Balloons are not permitted inside the restaurant, but we do offer packages. Please reply to this email if you'd like details on our package add-ons.

Weather Conditions Outside Policy:

We only reserve inside or outside seating. If the weather changes before your reservation, inside seating will only be available if there are open seats at the time of your reservation. Patio reservations do not automatically include inside seating if the weather changes.
